Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing and using CloudSchool, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to users
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Users must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Data backup and recovery procedures are in place to protect your information
Limitations and Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Users are responsible for their own data backup and security practices
- These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CloudSchool are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.
Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.
